Central Oregon Roofing has launched a maintenance program in order to make home and building maintenance easier for homeowners and property managers. Our goal is to identify and address any roofing issues before maintenance items become a crisis.

Routine maintenance is the best way to ensure a long lasting, quality roofing system that will protect your home or commercial building long after the roof is installed. Our qualified technician will offer an assessment of your roof’s condition. While on the roof we will install a permanent roof anchor for safety (sloped roofs only), remove any debris from the gutters and roof, and provide detailed pictures of any areas of concern along with a quote for suggested repairs, if any. This service also puts you on our Snow Removal list!
